Frequently asked questions

  1. Do you offer parking possibilities close to the gondola/toboggan run?
    Yes, you can park next to the bottom station of the Harschbichl gondola at P2 and next to the bottom station of the summer toboggan run P1.
     
  2. Why is the toboggan run not open with bad weather conditions?
    With wet weather the brakes for the toboggans on the summer tobogganing run may not function and therefore the risks for accidents would be too high.
     
  3. Do I get a refund for a multi-day ticket if I get sick?
    Unfortunately no, there is no refund due to sickness, bad weather or loss.
     
  4. Do I have to use the carnet of 3 on one day?
    No you can use the carnet of 3 on different days.
     
  5. Can I exit at the middle station of the Harschbichl gondola?
    Yes you can exit at the middle station Koasaburg. Here you have the possibility to enjoy a walk around the lake.
     
  6. Which walks are suitable for kids and elderly persons?
    The easy walks which you also can look up at our home page would be perfect. Take the gondola up to the top of the mountain and enjoy a circular walk in our walking area.
     
  7. Can I use my season pass at the summer toboggan run?
    No, you can use your season pass at the summer lifts but not at the toboggan run or the chairlift Hochfeld.
     
  8. How long does it take to walk from the top station of the Harschbichl gondola to the top of the Kitzbüheler Horn?
    It will take you approx. 1,5 hours. But be aware that you have to be absolutely sure footed for this walk.
